Our Mission

ADHD Goat exists because the world wasn’t built for people like us.

We’re neurodivergent. We’re LGBTQ+. We’re anxious. We’re overwhelmed. We’re figuring it out as we go. And we’re tired of seeing the same bland, oversimplified advice repeated over and over by people who clearly don’t understand what it’s actually like.

Our mission is simple:

1️⃣ To make information that actually feels like it was written by humans.

We take research seriously. We dig into science, studies, data, and expert sources — but we don’t spit it back like robots. We translate it into something that makes sense when your executive function is fried, your anxiety is flaring, and you just need answers that feel real.

2️⃣ To pull wisdom from real communities.

We listen to what real people are saying — on Reddit, TikTok, Discord, Twitter, group chats, forums — all the places where the real conversations actually happen. Lived experience matters. That’s the heartbeat of ADHD Goat.

3️⃣ To empower people who are constantly being told they’re “too much” or “not enough.”

We don’t believe anyone needs to be fixed. Managed? Maybe. Supported? Absolutely. But who you are at your core isn’t broken — even if the world makes it feel that way sometimes.

4️⃣ To make mental health and neurodivergence less isolating.

If you’ve ever felt like nobody gets it, you’re exactly who we’re writing for. ADHD Goat is your reminder that you’re not alone, not weird, not wrong. You’re just wired differently — and that’s not a bad thing.

5️⃣ To keep it honest, raw, and sometimes hilarious.

If we can’t laugh at the absurdity of executive dysfunction or the chaos of hyperfixation, what’s even the point? Humor is survival. We’re here for the real conversations — even the messy ones.

This isn’t self-help. This is self-acceptance.

We’re not here to promise you some perfect productivity system. We’re not going to give you 30-step morning routines that only make you feel worse. We’re here to help you understand your brain, embrace how you work, and give you tools you can actually use — on the days when you can, and grace for the days when you can’t.

ADHD Goat: messy brains welcome.
